The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, operational excellence and staff performance, as well as, ensuring compliance with company and relevant OEM manufacturer standards for the following brands: -
- GWM
- Chery
- Geely
- Thorp Certified

MINUMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior dealership management position (Previous Dealer Principal
experience is highly advantageous)
• Strong automotive / motor retail dealership background (Relevant OEM experience is highly
advantageous)
• Proven experience managing sales, profitability, staff and dealership operations.
• Strong understanding of dealership financials, budgets and KPIs.
• Extensive knowledge of the vehicle sales online space
• Strong computer literacy and dealership system knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding targets.
